  • There is lots of good materials shared, lots to learn and assignments that help bring it all together.

  • Well delivered - good balance of independent learning and face to face support.

  • They oversee to ensure we are coping / getting from the experience what we want

  • Lots - regular 1to1 check ins, good chance for feedback and monthly seminars.

  • Coaching is so integral across a range of disciplines and scenarios it is incredibly useful.
