Directing the sporting operations of the university and supporting the student experience
Yes it is a coaching course and I have been learning how to coach.
There is lots of good materials shared, lots to learn and assignments that help bring it all together.
Well delivered - good balance of independent learning and face to face support.
They oversee to ensure we are coping / getting from the experience what we want
Lots - regular 1to1 check ins, good chance for feedback and monthly seminars.
Coaching is so integral across a range of disciplines and scenarios it is incredibly useful.
