  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • My confidence has grown a lot since starting the course which has in turn helped me grow within my role. Understanding the thinking behind certain skills and techniques, looking at how skills are transferable, and I now think about the wider business in my decisions. I have learnt about a project cycle and developed my stakeholder management skills. Time management was also a very useful tool which I revisit regularly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the interaction with the trainers and the rest of the people taking part on the course. The workshops were completed over teams which was very useful in time saving and did let us be interactive and see everyone. Being able to share experiences and tips with people going through the same workshops and assignments was very useful and I loved that no question was considered unimportant.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I thought the programme was very well structured. I received details of the workshops in advance and a sign on to a website with the learning sheets and links to training guides. Plenty of notice was provided and there were regular catch ups throughout the course. Videos of the workshops were also provided so I could revisit and refresh on certain points.

  • My employer gave excellent support, providing time to complete work and support to gain experience where I needed it. The company also set up groups and extra training for all people leaders which linked into some of our learning. This then helped us view how the company completed certain works as well as the general processes and techniques we were learning in the workshops.
