  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed the programme very much, learning more about myself and the team that i work with,as tasks given within the course have helped focus areas in which i have made improvements such as delegating to other people.I have also found that my leap mentor shane has helped me alot during busy periods with time managemnet and extra help when needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I found that this course was well organised and structured but i am also a very organised person so this was not really an issue for me personally when meeting deadlines and completing work. The only concern that i would say i had was during busy periods within the store time management because very important as it is easy to fall behind on the workload.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I personally found that help is given through other colleagues and operation managers within the store that i worked at when doing this course. The only thing that i would comment on is that i was promoted half way through my course and so was moved to another store so i spent alot of time with my new manager talking him through what i had achieved so far and what i had left to do but this is not a reflection on my employer, but did become time consuming.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I found that [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my leap mentors ([This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was my mentor at the beginning of my course but then i was given [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] due to [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] being moved to another department) to be very supportive, whether that be through emails or phone calls. There was never a time in which i felt i could not speak to them regarding the tasks i needed to complete or the workload and time frames in which they needed to be cmpleted.I could not have asked for better mentors when doing my course as shane really helped me when having to retake my maths in which i really struggled but with his support i managed to pass.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have found that the qualification that i have received (distinction-level 3) ahs helped me improve not only my managerial skills whithin the team but also help improve myself as a person.Looking at myself and areas in which i could improve that maybe i would not have noticed without this course, using my team to feedback information regarding my job role and my performance within that role through their eyes.
