On a day to day basis my job changes, i am a "Kanban Master" which means i am in charge of our business areas Jira board and run a variety of meetings to check on the progress of automation within our team whilst also working on projects on power automate.
I have learnt a variety of new skills mainly programme based, i have learnt a range of new things to do with power automate and power bi but also learnt and gained confidence in talking to others in and around my area of work.
I enjoy my programme at the moment everyone in my team is lovely and excited to have me on board and always looking to help me which i am massively thankful for.
I think my programme has good structure it is mapped out for 6 quarters and different things will be learnt in each quarter. It also has a guide of how far i should be on my portfolio each quarter which is a great help.
From my employer i would say i receive enough support for me to be able to do my job there is however potential for more contact i feel.
I have only just started but what i have been given so far is great and i do believe this will continue as they seem really keen for me to do well.
In my area there isnt someone really who has an unbelievable iunderstanding of BA so adding me to the mix with a qualification will only help the team.
There are lots of opportunities a i have seen advertised around SJP however i havent taken part in an just yet.
Yes
It is a very nice company who are incredibly welcoming and support throughout your time there.
Be yourself but be confident, dont put on a front because it will become obvious but show your personality and they will appreciate that more than someone who gives perfect but false answers about themselves.
