1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To provide sales team and external customer technical support, carry out repairs and assessments of returned product, design and build of electronic systems. Support the EPSS divisions operationally and work towards team objectives

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was good until I had to switch assessors 3 times

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Could have been better if I didn't have to swap assessors 3 times and if my math tutor took time to help in exam practice. Despite this my last tutor was great and helped me to the best of her ability.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not a lot, I'm independent when jobs are handed to me but if help is needed my employer is always there for support

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When I needed support in my math, my teacher didn't help me as much as I would have liked him to. I asked him to go through fractions, and he would help go through one question and this huff and puff on the teams call when I didn't understand. My assessor at the end of the course was great and helped me get to where I am today in my job role.

My assessor helped my gain the confident to talk on the phone to customers

There are a lot of courses I can attend to help within my job-role, for example, learning about new products
