Lots of new skills- product knowledge, confidence within my job role, progression within my career
I really enjoyed the programme, a lot more than what I thought I would.
There was a lot of structure with workload, set dates for work to be completed which gave a generous time-frame for study.
Loads, there was constant support. I was given time when needed and info I needed was passed on with no issues.
I have received constant support from my training coach through the course. Sue was always on hand to answer any questions and keep me on track if needed.
I have learnt a lot of new skills along with product knowledge which has helped me progress within the branch. I knew nothing when I started and feel I have came a huge way since then.

I think they are a really good company to work with, their benefits are great and they treat there staff very well. There is a lot of option to progress within the company if you are willing to put in the effort.
Work hard and put effort into progressing.
