Yes i've developed my excel skills, communication with clients and efficiency as well as a better team first attitude to work
I enjoy the programme a lot. It is very difficult and requires a lot of hard work but I enjoy the placements and most of the modules I do.
very well structured, it is very unique compared to any other programme in the industry. The organisation could do with some work but it still pretty good
There is a lot of support with reviews, mental health check ins, buddys and flying start champs
There is a decent amount of support including exam books provided and exams paid for, making it accessible to all backgrounds as well as placement accomodation
it provides the theory behind the work we are doing so we know how to deal with accounting issues
There are social activities to get you included into the work environment very often and they are well organised
Yes
Its a globally recognised firm and for the most part they take care of their employees very well and they have a high standard for how well shaped their employees personalities are
Be prepared for the application process is quite tough but very achievable and be sure its the industry you want to go into as it isn't for everyone but all educational backgrounds/subjects are accepted not just maths degrees etc
