  • Responsible for the servicing and repair of our hire fleet equipment and customer service both telephone and counter service.

  • I have not learned anything new due to my past careers but have had the opportunity to obtain my English and Maths qualifications which I was lacking.

  • My programme was informative and gave great insight into the company ways and procedures, which as a new person coming in was invaluable.

  • Very well structured and aimed as a step platform to learn as you go furthering knowledge at every level.

  • Massive support from my employer with in house coaching and tuition.

  • Full support with meetings and progress tracking along the way.

  • With the new system knowledge and Industry understanding aides me to provide the best support to our customers.

  • I have not partaken in any of the activities due to personal preferences.
