Responsible for the servicing and repair of our hire fleet equipment and customer service both telephone and counter service.
I have not learned anything new due to my past careers but have had the opportunity to obtain my English and Maths qualifications which I was lacking.
My programme was informative and gave great insight into the company ways and procedures, which as a new person coming in was invaluable.
Very well structured and aimed as a step platform to learn as you go furthering knowledge at every level.
Massive support from my employer with in house coaching and tuition.
Full support with meetings and progress tracking along the way.
With the new system knowledge and Industry understanding aides me to provide the best support to our customers.
