    • I am a contract lead here at Wolseley Wolverhampton and my role is to assist contract based customers with securing plumbing and heating materials in large volumes for new build housing.

    • Within my apprenticeship, I have learned to understand Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs as well as McGregor's X & Y Theory.

    • I enjoyed my programme very much, as it related to my every day job role and skills to develop every day.

    • The programme was well structured.

    • I believe there was a lot more the employer could of helped with in terms of weekly time learning and less remote time outside of work.
