I am a contract lead here at Wolseley Wolverhampton and my role is to assist contract based customers with securing plumbing and heating materials in large volumes for new build housing.
Within my apprenticeship, I have learned to understand Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs as well as McGregor's X & Y Theory.
I enjoyed my programme very much, as it related to my every day job role and skills to develop every day.
The programme was well structured.
I believe there was a lot more the employer could of helped with in terms of weekly time learning and less remote time outside of work.
The provider was great in assisting myself with the programme.
I believe I have become more patient in my resolutions and more caring for the customer needs.
