I am a bid coordinator so i assist the bid manager alongside my daily role

I really enjoy my programme and apprenticeship
RHG and the programme is well organised. Wates could have established my role better when i started i didnt know what i was supposed to be doing at the start
Bid/pre-con team a lot of support. Early careers are helpful when you ask
A lot, i am able to book in 1-1 sessions with my learning coach and she is always happy to talk to me
The assignments given link well into my daily role as bid coordinator at wates
I am able to help with volunteer work within Wates and sometimes have social networking days with other apprentices and my pre-con team

You can set yourself up with a career with Wates, there is process from going to apprentice to qualified and is done by many people
