Everyday I deal with different sorts of complaints. I have to call each customer to get an understanding of whats happened and then I begin an investigation into it.
So far I have learnt alot of new things regarding banking and personal loans. I now have a better understanding of how we process loans and how applications work.
I thoroughly enjoy my programm as I have to research alot due to having no prior banking knowledge. By doing this I take in a lot more and feel everyday im learning.
I do feel very valued by Lloyds Banking Group as I feel I am very supported in my work role. If I need help with anything everyone I work with is more than happy to help and my managment make sure I have enough support from them also.
I do think my programme has been very structured. Every month I know what I have do to do and feel each month I meet my target due to the organistaion.
If I need anything from my training provider I can email or call her. I feel she is very helpful and will put me in the right direction if I need help.
I receive alot of help from my provider. Each month I get time out of my work role to work on my apprenticeship. They always offer help with any questions and will help me find the answer if they are not sure.
I have a very good salary and it is perfect for me. I do not have to travel far to get to my work therefore I dont need to spend alot of my salary for travel.
Yes, there are always events happening at my work. They also do a lot of charity work so we can all gt involved in this too.

I feel everyone that works at Lloyds are very welcoming. Everyone helps you when you need it. You can confide in all the management as they will always help you. There are alot of job oppertunitys working with Lloyds also.
There are lots of oppertunitys from joining Lloyds. If you were to apply I would recommend to be confident, remain calm and generally be yourself and dont be afraid to ask questions.
