My role involves facing up the isle shelves making the products look neat and tidy, helping customers with any knowledge they need regarding a product, reporting to my manager about any suspicious activity and working on the tills to make sales.
I think my social skills have really developed as i have been surrounded with older people in a new environment for the first time since year 11.
Its a great experience honestly, its preparing me for whats to come next in my life and i can imagine how good it will look on my cv that i taken part in a apprenticeship.
Id say it’s fairly well structured.
I recieve alot of support from the employers when they are available to give me any.
He helps me alot, showing me the different roles and tasks and the steps need to complete them.
It helps to learn from the mistakes i make in the beginning of the course.
