I am a sales assistant which involves keeping the shop tidy, serving customers at the tills and offering sas promotions, putting out stock on the shelves and cleaning the shop floor.
I have developed confidence and communication skills with a diverse customer base with different needs.
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme. I was given all the tools and advice I needed to succeed within my role.
My programme was very well structured, my training was organised monthly and goals were set in place each month for me to meet.
My employer was supportive but not completely involved in my training, I took a lot of the work home and my apprentice trainer was very helpful.
My training provider was very helpful. He gave me an excellent amount of advice and always kept me up to date on my training and my goals. He explained everything clearly and always responded to my queries.
My qualification taught me all of the skills and knowledge I use on a day to day basis to carry out my tasks.
