  • As working in retail on a day to day basis i have to serve customers, help customers either look for a product or look for something similar. Also i have to stock shelves and promote our star buys and loyalty cards.

  • i have learned a lot new customer service skills and communication skills. Also i have learnt how to stick shelves properly.

  • i enjoy the program to a large extent as it gives me new opportunities and i meet so many people on a day to day basis.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • my program is very organised with making sure i do my weekly studying. Also they make sure that if i’m ever confused or need a bit of help and i can go to anyone to ask.

  • my employer gives me a lot of support and makes sure i know that i can go to any of the managers or team leaders if i have a problem even if it’s got nothing to do with work.

  • my trainer makes sure i’m up to date and that i’m not confused while doing my studying.

  • doing a qualification also helps me to learn everything slowly as i continue to work there.

  • There are multiple activities and these are spoken about on our HUB app which is similar to facebook but only for superdrug employees

  • as they make you feel very comfortable and the job is enjoyable!
