My role is to help with commercial element of being a quantity surveyor by tendering packages valuing variations to the project and also helping pay sub-contractors, as well as other things.
I have learnt so many skills in my short time in this role such as how the payment process works and also smaller things like little tricks on Microsoft excel.
There is plenty of networking events as a team at my project. as well as this we have set up a 5 aside football game between our team.

I would as i believe they are the best in the construction industry not only for their great projects and opportunities but also the great welcome and support you get starting off your career as an apprentice.
I would say to never stop asking questions and always listen to others giving advice or knowledge.
