  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification helps me to perform better in my role because it teaches me the theory behind the actions of people, one of my modules is people and organisational management and being able to understand the behind the scenes of my company and being able to put it into perspective makes me understand how it all works, as well as being well aware of what my role is.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Mace to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend Mace to a friend because it is very inclusive. During my journey to starting work I was invited to starter events to make me feel comfortable and welcome me in. Mace is a large company and I would recommend that because although you may feel imposter syndrome, you realise that everyone has been in the same situation

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace?
  • Some advice that I would give to other applying to Mace is to be yourself, and make sure you know your worth. Be confident in what you can achieve and work hard to be successful. Working and completeing a degree at the same time is difficult and stressful but if you work hard at it you will succedd
