I have developed better communication skills and my confidence has definitely grown.
I am really enjoying my programme so far
Mace is very well structured in the way the degree apprenticeships work
I receive a great deal of support from everyone in my working environment. I never feel like I am alone
A great amount of support is offered from both Mace and my University while I am working towards my degree
There are many socials organised within Mace and also many external RICS events that are a great way of meeting other apprentices in a similar role to you
Yes
I would highly recommend Mace to others especially those who are looking to do a degree apprenticeship as the support throughout is great
I would say that Mace are looking at you as a person so be yourself through the whole process and you will benefit greatly
