Includes managing the whole sales cycle for customers, from the first outreach up until the final sale. Also, you are provided with lots of training to ensure that you are the best of your abilitiy.
I've learnt many skills in this apprenticeship, including sales skills, IT knowledge and an overall improvement on my competencies such as confidence.
The programme was enjoyable from start to finish.
The programme was organised very well, there is a fair balance between selling and learning from the very first day which was great.
Support from both of Softcat and Firebrand was excellent
We had 4 off-site weeks for training throughout the programme which were very beneficial, on top of this the support throughout the coursework was excellent.
I've seen an increase in my sales performance every month since being on the apprenticeship, this is a mix of hard work and the great knowledge from the apprenticeship.
There are plenty of extra-curricular activities, often with one happening per week. There is a six-a-side football league which anyone can take part in.
Yes
This is the best place I have ever worked, I've already referred it to a friend and he is also loving it!
Be yourself. It is very important to get involved with the culture here. Also, it is important to have a work/life balance as it can be difficult to manage that here.
