  • Yes, lots of theoretical information about HRM practise which were highly applicable to my day-to-day working experience

  • Yes enjoyed the learning challenge although it was somewhat relentless and demanding in cycles

  • Well organised once I got into the swing. It was hard to fathom at first with the relationship between the providers, the IT access and the gateway concept was also opaque

  • Lots of support in the form of flexibility. No actual academic input

  • Minimal outside of the seminars. Some practical submission questions answered on occasion

  • Hugely applicable on a regular basis. Helped me raise my narrative and confidence when discussing the subject
