Yes, lots of theoretical information about HRM practise which were highly applicable to my day-to-day working experience
Yes enjoyed the learning challenge although it was somewhat relentless and demanding in cycles
Well organised once I got into the swing. It was hard to fathom at first with the relationship between the providers, the IT access and the gateway concept was also opaque
Lots of support in the form of flexibility. No actual academic input
Minimal outside of the seminars. Some practical submission questions answered on occasion
