My role as a commercial lending apprentice is to support the wider telephony team with any support they need. It is to also take both inbound enquiries and make outbound calls. It is to manage my own pipeline of customers from point A to point B
Yes I have learnt and developed my knowledge about the finance industry and the specialist lending market. This apprentiship has massively improvement my time management skills along with many others.

Massively, it helped me understand different methods of learning, processes within the company, different company types etc.
Yes, there are career events and sessions which allow you to develop your career goals such as time management sessions, Learning zone weeks etc.

They allow you to develop your career goals and support this by creating PDP's to work towards to reach the goal
It is an exciting yet demanding job so make sure that you are switched on and can manage workload well.
