  • My role is keeping in regular contact with customers and obtaining leads to follow up and gain sales. I also need to keep customer loyalty and inform them with all our new offers with things such as HTML's and text messages and posters.

  • I have developed my confidence and how to communicate with new people. I have also developed more creative skills as I have been doing a lot of designing. One example is designing the vouchers for the christmas cards at christmas.
