My role is keeping in regular contact with customers and obtaining leads to follow up and gain sales. I also need to keep customer loyalty and inform them with all our new offers with things such as HTML's and text messages and posters.
I have developed my confidence and how to communicate with new people. I have also developed more creative skills as I have been doing a lot of designing. One example is designing the vouchers for the christmas cards at christmas.
I really enjoy my programme as I learn new things everyday.
My programme is very well organised and my job fits well in the business.
I receive a lot of support with my job from my employees.
