On a normal day i will start with the till paper work from the day before, then the day will be spent answer phones to order enquiries and passing messages on to other members of staff.
I have developed my speaking over the phone skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot I look forward to coming to work.
I would say I have limitations with being on the island it's difficult to meet the other apprentices' and commune with my trainer.
I receive a lot of support from my manager and colleagues.
I haven't had to do a lot of assessments yet but the ones i have my training provider is only an email away.
It will teach me things that may others take years to learn.
There are quite a few social activities at my depot but there are a lot of reward trip opportunities as well.
Yes
Because there are great opportunities and rewards.
