    • Lead the data design of a large business transformation programme. Work with Enterprise Shared Services, Service Integrators and external partners to manage the delivery of specific projects.

    • Over last one year I have been able to learn new cutting edge technology concepts in Data Analytics, Python programming and Stakeholder management.

    • Its an enriching experience to be learning again after a gap of almost 15 years since I completed my last Masters degree but I am in a rhythm and quite like the learning.

    • Well structured and takes a balanced approach for On-Job and Off the Job learning.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Full - cant ask for more. My manager has been super helpful in making sure that I get riht amount of time to focus on my degree programme.

    • Program is well supported with regular touch-points and access to resources and a great learning platform.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The learning from the course have helped me broaden my viewpoint in using cutting edge technologies to solve complex data problems. I am already applying some of the learning from my program to effectively design new analytical solutions and managing stakeholders better

    • Lots of extra curricular activities including volunteering, fitness and sports.
