  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme! I think it is absolutely amazing opportunity, not only for Team Leaders and above, but there are great programmes for associates too. I think if you want to progress career wise, you have to keep learning and improving, and when you feel like there is nothing to improve within the department you're working, apprenticeship is a great solution for that, as I bet anyone will learn things that they never even thought about

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is perfectly organized for me. I feel like it is very clear and detailed. Even if I cannot attend the session, everything is perfectly clear when I open PowerPoint slides. There are comments left under the slides so it would be even more clear. I think it is perfect.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive all the support from my employer. First and most amazing one is that the apprenticeship is covered, which means I don't pay anything for this course. Second of all, they are very patient and let me take as much time as I need to finish my assignments, they are very supportive and they care about it as much as we do.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is absolutely amazing. I receive all the support I need. He will answer all the questions, even the silly ones. You can always message and call him, he will answer and will try to help as much as he can to better understand the assignments. He will stay after hours just to make sure that everyone understood the lesson and are okay to proceed with assigments.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • 100% the qualification I'm learning already helps me so much. Everything I learn during sessions, I try to implement in my day to day life. It really helps me to understand other people and myself more. I got better at motivating people and how to bring the whole team together. A lot of things I've learned I apply in my personal life as well.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not that I am aware of. We do try to implement healthy life style, by launching apps, motivating people to do more steps per day. We do once a year dragon boat race, anyone can sing up! We might do some other things, but I am not aware of that.
