Processing orders, serving customers, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, making sure the shop is tidy, doing the daily PI count.
I have learned a lot more about confidence and being confident in myself when selling products, I have learned a lot about the systems and how they work so I can carry my day to day duties out without assistance.
I really enjoy my programme, my coach is so supportive and I like to learn new things. The programme has pushed me to do things I wouldnt normally, like passing my forklift test.
Very organised. It is set with modules that have start dates, end dates and a webinar linked to each module. The reflective diary is set out into sections for each module so you know exactly what to do and its very easy to follow
As much support as I require
Lots of support, they always check in and there are monthly catch up video calls for anything I may need help with.
Its given me a lot more skills to use, like upselling and link selling which I wasnt aware of before.
