My role is electrical maintenance engineer. The daily role involves keeping production line running and carrying out maintenance jobs around the site.
I have picked up lots of new skills due to having no prior knowledge of this industry.
I enjoy my programme a lot It is giving me a career for life.
The structure is organised in terms of college and on site. But the on site could be better.
I get lots of support in terms of help with college and learning my skills. But is let down in some respect by not being structured well till you go on to shift.
I gain a lot of support.
There are aspects from Tommy training provider which could be better as there are things I do in work which I have never come across in college.
There are no extra activities like team sports or things. But the company provide lots of other extra things like team days out.
