I am a Sainsburys Bank Loans Advisor. I handle calls from customers looking to apply for personal Loans or to manage their existing ones. I am on the phone throughout most of the day, speaking to customers, colleagues and other departments. I adheare to scripts and regulations to ensure that I am giving every customer the same level of service.
During the apprenticeship I have really focused on my own development and used different training courses that my employer offers to focus on my own key areas such as time management.
The apprenticeship is enjoyable in the sense that it makes you think about certain things you may take for granted in the workplace without considering them. I feel like the apprenticeship could challenge more though.
I do feel valued at Lloyds banking Group. My manager gives regular good feedback to me about my performance. Whenever an acheievment is noticed it is shared with the department which makes you feel like a part of a very friendly team
The programme is organised very well and has a clear set path which has been easy to follow. The support meetings are very helpful
My training provider gives plenty of support and help when needed. My assessor is always friendly and remembers conversations that we have had even though she deals with many other apprentices. Hilary is always available to speak to if I am ever unsure of anything and never makes you feel embarrassed for asking for help
My employer gives me support with the apprenticeship and accomodates for anything needed for this
My salary definetely meets any costs that I have. The job pays very well in comparisson to other employers in the area.
The business is very engaged with the local community. LBG participates in Day to make a Difference where you can spend a working day donating your time to a local charity or cause. This gives back to the community on a very fuffilling way
Yes
A very good employer with plenty of career path oppertunities.
Be relaxed. The buisness is a very friendly place and is looking for staff who are just that, who can appreciate that balance between professionalsim and being friendly and cheerful.
