I work within the accounting and settlement department. Therefore I am responsible for 2 portfolios. My role includes collecting overdue premiums and fees from clients, dealing with aged debt and payables and cash. I email and call clients, have regular interaction with the Business unit and other stakeholders.
Communication
Not very organised. Apprentices are at different places within the apprenticeship. If you take longer then you get pushed to sit exams earlier which leads to underprepared and failing.
My first skills coach i did not receive a lot of help. However, i have a new coach who helps me. It also varies for the different people who run the workshops.
