1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my day to day I am in charge of ensuring that customers and end users are welcomed into our depot as well as being served in a useful and efficient way, I ensure that the showroom is always clean and presentable as well as making sure to maintain a good relationship with our customers. I also have the opportunity to interact with other depots on a daily basis.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This opportunity has allowed me to further develop my communication skills, organisation skills and my use of technology.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have never enjoyed a job roll more, I look forward to coming to work everyday as there is no day the same and always opportunity to learn or further develop new skills.

My programme is very well organised.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support I receive is outstanding, I have never been shown as much support in any previous employments.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am constantly supported, I am able to stay in contact with my training provider on a regular basis and know that if I have any questions or concerns I can confidently raise them with them.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it is a great help and is really easy to put in to practise within my role.
