My day begins with sorting invoices from the day prior, checking reports and emails. I then call my leads which are organised on the system we use. Following this, I will make marketing calls to our customer base; making them aware of our offers and building a relationship.
I have developed pre-existing social skills and learn to communicate effectively over the phone. I have also learn the systems and learnt how to sell and upsell the products we sell. I
I very much enjoy the company, I like how involved I am with customers and the relationships built. As for the apprenticeship programme, I enjoy how hands on the trainers are and how thorough the learning is.
My trainer is very organised and makes the apprenticeship smooth running. Our dates for face-to-face visits are schedules well and each assignment set is broken down to a manageable task
My employer is very supportive in different aspects of my role. He recognised where I need to improve so I can be the best possible and also makes time for my queries. As for the apprenticeship, he offers support with difficulties I have and world well with my trainer.
My trainer is dedicated to help us success expectations. He offers advised and works through our assignment to ensure they are answered thoroughly.
I think the qualification has allowed me to understand important legislation, such as Health & Safety in my job role and how to effectively deal with customers
There are often extra- curricular activities such as; Work meals, sporting events, holiday weekends, awards events and more
