  • Working on front end I serve customers on the checkout, self service and also the collections desk. I am also cash office advisor which involves cash lifts and banking.

  • I have learned more about certain laws for various aspects of my role.

  • It has not caused by any stress and I have been able to complete my work confidentially. I have enjoyed working with my coach, she has been fab at keeping in the right direction.

  • Very well, I have had no issues understanding what was required from me.

  • My employer has had no issues at all in allowing me time to complete anything required.

  • My coach has been on hand any time I have needed her whether it be by email or telephone.

  • Yes

  • I enjoy working at B&Q, I have worked here for 5 1/2 years and never had any instance where I have disliked my role.

  • I would say to be confident and upfront.
