Working on front end I serve customers on the checkout, self service and also the collections desk. I am also cash office advisor which involves cash lifts and banking.
I have learned more about certain laws for various aspects of my role.
It has not caused by any stress and I have been able to complete my work confidentially. I have enjoyed working with my coach, she has been fab at keeping in the right direction.
Very well, I have had no issues understanding what was required from me.
My employer has had no issues at all in allowing me time to complete anything required.
My coach has been on hand any time I have needed her whether it be by email or telephone.

I enjoy working at B&Q, I have worked here for 5 1/2 years and never had any instance where I have disliked my role.
I would say to be confident and upfront.
