Daily interactions, no two days are the same. Some days are challenging and help stretch and grow my capabilities
Varied, some course leaders are very organised, helpful and give useful feed back. Others seem to not care and are more interested in the research opportunities at the university for them.
All the support i need or want
some, but i am quite independent so i feel they respect that. I could get more support if i needed it or asked for it
somewhat, When starting the course i was working in a QC laboratory and the course felt more relevant to the role. Since moving into my Lean Specialist role i have not seen as much of a connection, but as my role is to support scientists it helps me with understanding
