Process review and continuous improvement. Implementing new processes into financial customer care, reviewing existing processes for improvement. working with stakeholders, working with colleagues. reviewing and creating knowledge / support material. Analysing data. Reviewing and adding to requirements for improvement.
Yes. How to use the voice of the customer in a constructive way, how to prioritise things, how to determine of data is accurate, different ways to process map, process capability analysis.
Learning a huge amount. The training is very engaging. Its hard but I'm enjoying it.
Very, Its clearly laid out in the DMAIC format, going through each stage one by one. Clearly shows how everything links together. Trainer is very engaging in his style of teaching, asks questions, lots of break out groups.
Manager is very supportive, we have weekly catch up and he's attended all sessions with Capella. Support for HE Team too with regular catch ups and always on hand if i need something.
Regular coaching sessions, with additional if required. Can email if needed and they will respond in a timely manner. Review points along the way.
Teaching me a better way to review processes and for continuous improvement. More logical and its hloing me to manage stakeholders in a different way.
