My role involves managing categories within the Fresh, Deli and Bakery team; working on NPD, launches and supplier relationships.
I am continuing to learn and have developed skills in presenting, negotiating and managing.
I very much enjoyed the programme. It was great to be part of the course whilst also working as you could take your experiences from your day to day role and use this for the assignments.
Very organised and well structured with a set calendar outlining each category, lecture and deadline.
I received a lot of support from my employer and was able to use a lot of resources from the Buying and Merchandising team on my assignments
A lot of support, with one to one meetings if you need to talk through something or need help with a certain part of the course. They want to make the course work for you.
It has helped me with my confidence.
There are extra-curricular activities available
Yes
It is a great place to work where you get all the support you need and a real feeling that they want you to succeed.
Be passionate about food.
