I am a store training manager so I oversee the daily running of my own store, whilst also providing training for new starters and others around the region.
Developed some more confidence in people management and understanding different individuals.
I enjoyed the learning side of things but did struggle with managing a full time job alongside it.
Very well organised.
I was not provided much support for time to complete the apprenticeship as I was doing this alongside a full time job.

Toolstation have supported me in being the best I can be. Toolstation have provided me with support in the areas which I was previously unsure in.
Don't stress, it just makes it worse. Simply think through what work needs doing, take a step back to think and then proceed.
