I would say my role is all things accounting really, consists of ledger, invoicing and cash statement work. In my day to day basis I do those tasks as I have stated above. I feel like it has helped and will continue to help me develop the best I can.
I already had a very good foundation of skills but I have developed my Excel skills substantially, the way I write emails and deal with suppliers. Overall, it has helped me both develop and add many skills which should essentially help my career.
I have enjoyed it very much so, the regular support and them making sure you have all the info you need etc. helps that as well.
I would say the programme is very well organised, there is very good communication between my employer and Inspire which helps too. Set study days and once again they also give me the info needed.
More than enough support.
The support for this is amazing, every exam I have had my tutor prepares me well for them, I can book extra sessions before exams if needed so it is very helpful.
So far it has helped in some areas in what I am doing in my role but feel like there could be a bit more link between them. However, so far it is enough link for me to perform better and have a better understanding.
Not really as much, from the time I have been here only Christmas parties etc.
Yes
I would recommend it because I genuinely believe if you want to develop and further your skills and knowledge to enhance your career, Inspire put everything in place to ensure that happens.
Make sure that it is first of all something that you genuinely want to do, then if you end up getting a role just know support is there for you always if you need anything.
