I am the Assistant Store Manager, I make sure the runs to the level that the business expects and help train the team in the absence of the store manager
Yes I have developed a better understanding of communication skills and developed different ways of thinking when it comes to task delegation
I enjoy the fact that the programme allows me to learn at my pace in a style that makes sure I can effectively understand and implement my learning
I find it well organised so I get a break after each unit and time to absorb the learning
Plenty. I've been allowed to do my thing but still have the support around should I need it
Plenty again I know my coach is only a call away should I need anything
When I started my job role I had gaps in my understanding and this has allowed me to fill in those gaps
