I have a daily meeting with my team. I am assigned tasks and i complete them. The tasks mostly consist of Excel doc's or presenting our findings in the form of a Powerpoint.
I have learned and developed many new skills, such as excel, learning how to analyse data, networking and presenting findings in a professional setting.
Joining Lloyds is the best decision I've ever made
The programme is extremely well structured and mostly well organised
I receive great support from my organisation. Lots of opportunity to get OTJ hours and plenty of professional development opportunities
I have monthly check-ins with my learning mentor and he's always on hand to help me with any issues.
It educates me on the theory and principles that lie behind my daily working tasks
Lots of Yammer groups for different hobbies and interests, and bi annual wider team meetings
