I enjoy it a lot as it is a flexible way of working and I am very interested in the industry in which I work in.
Very organised and structured, with a clear view of how the apprenticeship is laid out and run and completed.
There are many different people I can ask for support during my apprenticeship, such as my line-manager, my in work or learning mentor's, and many of my colleagues are happy to support me.
They support me by providing me with feedback on the projects which i create, but I also have a monthly call with my learning mentor and in-work mentor to ensure I am on the right track and have ability to bring up any issues and/or questions I may have.
Ensures I am capable as a Quality Engineer by ensuring I understand the testing process and the different types of testing involved with it.
There are different activities that colleagues can get involved with, such as the Hackathon or the 'Make a Difference Day' which is a volunteering opportunity to give back to the wider community.
Yes
It is a very calm and pleasant working environment with many friendly people who all want to achieve success together as a group.
Be comfortable and believe in your abilities as even if you are unsure there are many support resources and nobody will treat you negatively if you are unsure of something.
