I work on a national programme reviewing different sections of an App available to all citizens, ensuring that each journey runs smoothly and user needs are met.

Many! Ranging far from "softer" skills like presentation and communication skills as well as more targeted skills more related to my role.

A lot! Great people around to learn from

Well, it has been running for many years and is well-established. Some red tape policies

A lot, you get two managers - one focusing on work and one focusing on more back office related things

They are okay, not the best, are supportive but not the best adcvice

In some aspects yes, as it is business management it covers many aspects but not more isolated areas

Yes many, ranging from societies just like you would get at university as well as communities non-related to day-to-day work to allow you to develop your skills outside this role

Great place to learn and develop as well as getting many other opportunities

Research a lot! This will make you stand out and those people who have completed their research can perform better and more confidently within the application process
