My role is regional sales negotiator - on a day to day basis I ring customers, quote, convert quotes and provide sales for the whole region. I work closely with reps and build customer relationships from new accounts
I have learnt everything from scratch as I joined the business as an apprentice and got promoted along the way. Everything has been learnt on the job
I love my programme and I really find my leap coach amazingly helpful, I struggle a bit with deadlines and juggling work but since learning time management skills on my course this has helped a lot
The programme is well structured, all the webinar dates are given with good notice and everyone attends. The group of people doing my course are lovely and my coach is amazingly helpful and good at what she does
I received a little support from my old manager, but since he left I've received a lot more from my new manager which has been amazing
She dedicates 100% to every conversation and has helped me the most along my apprenticeship. I couldn't have asked for more support
The apprenticeship has given me so many skills such as time management, people skills and how to operate changes within the branch
No, but there are a lot of resources
Yes
It's a good place to work
You need to want to work and give 110% in what you do. There's no point working for Travis if you don't want to do the work or if you don't love what you do within the company.
