Providing support to trading floor in dealing with different asset classes and when to utilise different metrics to identify opportunities in the market.
Yes, from presentation to financial analysis skills. I have learnt a broad range of skills that have helped immensely in my development.
I love it! It is a top program, extremely generous in development opportunities and amazing work place culture.
Very well structured, we have two different managers that are specifically for us apprentices and are there to help with any queries we have from day to day role to accounting qualifications.
I receive a great amount of support from my employer. They are extremely understanding of how stressful exams can be especially as a new starter straight out of six form.
We receive plenty of support, we have direct access to a talent manager from the training provider, we also have weekday and weekend private tutor access where we can call on video or email in questions regarding our course and anything we dont understand.
It helps me to monitor, and keep targets of my progress and where my future could be going. My training provider and qualification has allowed me to further explore finance as a whole giving me a better picture on what I could do in the future.
There are many professional networking events and social activities, on average around 1-2 a month.
