Manage shifts and team, look after customers and provide customer service , engage with the team, support in any department, reach targets

It is not over yet, however so far I received all the help and support needed from my trainer and line manager
I think the program looks in very much depth at every aspect of the job, comes with suggestions and task for a better understanding
