They give you a great footing into a desired career. Although some areas could be improved it is still without a doubt worth it.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?

If you're successful, get everything you can out of the company. You've given lots of opportunities to gain additional qualification and once you've finished your apprenticeship it becomes a lot harder.
