I oversee our PRM and DAD Aqucistion program for foods brands within UK and I - I mainly work day to day with the brands on how they can enrich their data and what campaigns they can do with this data we have acquired , I also support in the day to day running of my team
I have developed my skills in presenting, before joining Unilever this was a skill I did not have and was very nervous to pursue, additionally I have learned so much more about the world of marketing and the different tools that are used industry wide which will be very helpful
I find it very difficult to manage my day-to-day life, as well as my full-time job, my degree and then the tools required for the apprenticeship - I feel like I am very exhausted and over worked at times. Despite this I still enjoy the wor a lot, just need more time in the day!
it has a very clear structure on what needs to be done and by who - this has improved with the recent total company restructure which has fully changed the way I work and the teams I am within. Its clear who I work with for which required projects most times
I feel they are very supportive of the work aspect of my apprenticeship and spend a lot of time training me in new skills, however, they are not supportive of the uni aspect and the time required to balance both of these things at once which can be tough at times
they do not apply together at all
it does not
i do not due to my current work load
Yes
it is a great start up company as there are lots of young employees and it means you can get your foot in the door to a great company early in your career, the learning opportunities are endless too as well as having lots of very kind people within the teams
