I am a part of the licensing team, so we handle external use of Unilever Trademarks and IP, as well as bringing other brands/ companies IP internally to use on our products.
I have massively improved my excel skills, which is such a useful and transferrable skills.
I really enjoy my programme, from the actual apprenticeship course content, to the day to day work in the office. The people at Unilever are so friendly and approachable, and these standards are upheld by the majority of external stakeholders we work with, meaning interactions and communications are extremely positive.
The course is well structured and easy to follow, building upon itself at a pace that isn't overwhelming.
The employer support at Unilever is so strong, you are frequently checked in on to ensure you're reaching full potential, and have a steady work load, which isn't overwhelming, but keeps you busy. There is also a strong sense of community.
Again, Multiverse are very supportive, and the coaching sessions are a great way to ask questions and flag to your coach if you have any concerns.
My qualification has been so helpful in providing me skills that aid me in role. Data and the handling of data is such a widely applicable skill, there are very few roles it wouldn't support.
The company offers a range of social activities for a variety of different interests.
Yes
It has been a thoroughly enjoyable apprenticeship thus far, leaving me exciting for what is to come. It offers a friendly supportive environment, within which you can learn, grow and thrive.
Be yourself, and push yourself. Being authentic and showing integrity are values that Unilever appreciates. Showing you are someone who wants to and tries to thrive is important.
