Work with workflow tools and systems within the company infrastructure Working with different people to give a good team dynamic Different types of work every week
Better people skills Seeing different ways of tackling tasks The value of teamwork
I have enjoyed every minute of the programme so far. I think, given how much the trainees socialise it gives us all a support network to talk things out if need be. I think the opportunity that has been given to myself and the fellow trainees has been brilliant and i think everyone will benefit from it.
I think in terms of overall structure, it is good. Some things like more regular catch ups regarding our qualification would be beneficial as this would give even more clarity to what is required work wise.
The support given from my team has been excellent and the support through any work has been very helpful. I have seen more senior members of staff wanting to engage with the trainees. I think this is a good thing, as it gives us a better insight of how they go about their work and conduct themselves.
I think there could be more meetings to inform us of what work is expected next as we get given work in segments. In training session the support is great but could be better outside the sessions
I fell there are some general aspects i can take away from the training in regards to the workplace. However, i do not think it relates to my work on a day to day basis much
Socials are organised monthly. I have not heard of any physical activities or sports activities yet. There have been 1 or 2 networking events held so far in the 4 months i have been here.
Yes
I think overall, the workplace is a casual and friendly place to be. I think being in this environment matures you as a person.
Be proactive with meeting people and just try your best with the work that is given to you
