Personal banking adviser - interviews with customers needs at forefront dealing with banking savings lending and general insurance
Yes I now have a better understanding of other races and religions as well as a better understanding of employee rights
So far I'm really enjoying the program and I'm enjoying the new things I have learned and can easily see how this can be implemented in my role

I receive lots of support from my training provider and I know that if I require extra assistance they are always on hand
Again my employer have been great and a fantastic support to me and the programme
A higher salary according to the years I have worked I believe should be higher- there are other jobs with less skills required where they are warning thousands more than me a year

They have been an excellent employer which is why I gave worked for them for 23 years I have only once in those 23 years applied for an external job which I ended up declining
You have to endure you are patient and you always have to be and give your best and you will be rewarded accordingly
