My role is a lead taker, which involves greeting customers within the showroom answering the phone, booking in appointments for potencial kitchen and bathroom sales. Informing customers of the customer journey within wickes and providing information about our products we sell.
I have developed skills which have enhanced my knowledge using CAD to design a kitchen and a bathroom. My confidence has grown in my approach to my role.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme.
The programme is well structured, covering many aspects of becoming a successful design consultant.
