Yes, learnt better how to read people and communicate with them to a better degree
Very much so,my coach is supportive and I'm learning how to adapt my tasks to my environment. I'm enjoying the challenge
So far, very well. All the modules are flowing in to each other and the meetings are perfectly timed so we can ask questions at important points theoguhout the module
Lots. My employer is allowing me time to attend the meetings and understands the importance of getting the work done.
My training provider and coach is brilliant. She is always at the end of the phone and has answered all my questions so far with confidence and enable me to complete work.
A lot. I'm developing better people skills and already feel empowered in doing my job theoguh understanding more of the policies etc.
